Governor Eduardo Bours Castelo presented his Third Regional Report (Tercer
Informe Regional) to a group of assembled dignitaries at the Municipal Auditorium
in Caborca on October 24, 2006.
The speech was also broadcast on local radio stations and was taped for broadcast
on the local Telemax channel.
The administration of Governor Bours has done much for the citizens of Sonora.
His report highlighted many of those accomplishments, which included the
investment of more than $650 million pesos in expenditures for Caborca and 12
other Northwest Sonora localities in the past 12 months.
