Magdalena has a variety of shops situated on three sides of the church
plaza, that feature many types of Mexican goods, from inexpensive curios to
clothing, shoes and religious products.
The storekeepers are very friendly and helpful (many even speak some
English), and a casual walk through the stores makes for a relaxing visit to
this charming community.
