| Day of the Dead November 2, 2009 |
| The Day of the Dead, Dia de los Muertos, is an important Mexican cultural tradition observed on November 2nd. This year in Caborca, as in other years, students built altars and discussed the significance of the day, flower and grave decoration vendors sprang up everywhere, and citizens went to the local cemeteries to tend to their loved ones' graves and spend time at the grave sites. |
