The "Casa de la Cultura" is a civic cultural center run by the Dirección de Acción Civica y Cultural of the city of Caborca to host various cultural and civic events.  

Even if there isn't an exhibit or event in progress, it's worth a visit to see the incredible murals painted by Caborca muralist Nereo Galileo De La Peña on various walls in the complex, and to visit the art workshops of acclaimed local artists José Luis Hernández and Carlos Rafael Urias Miranda.
